Wisdom Keys to Softly Be: Experiential
To Softly Be, first realize that the true nature of you, of us, lies within our spiritual nature.
In our divine nature, one with our Creator, or with the eternal Divine Presence, we already are the infinity of love, life, happiness, and limitless beauty.
In and as our one consciousness, spirit awareness, we know the soft Grace, the ineffable peace, beyond even the slightest trace of fear, stress, or “hard” experience.
Relax into this experiential practice to Softly Be. With any practice, as the essence or awareness dawns, then the practice itself merges in being. Spiritual awareness, already Is.
Open for this to flower within you spontaneously, rather than turning it into a set-in-stone or rote technique.
Thus, Softly Be with the practice and experience it as ever fresh and new each time you contemplate.
Read a few lines below, and close eyes to contemplate the message before opening eyes to continue. Rest into the contemplation with ease:
A Contemplative Treasure Key to Softly Be
You may think of Softly Be as a flower going from flowering to bud form, and then back to open flowering once more.
In other words, if you imagine your whole body (or whole being) as a flower, such as a rose– allow it (self) to rest inwardly in bud form to the situation. Rest back from the situation and let all reaction or hard resistance or action fall away. Rest inwardly as peace and love. Then flower again as deific Love, peace Presence unaffected by the situation. (This presents as a distinct and profound experience, tangibly and actually for students and friends in Ahavah classes and retreats.)
The bud form of this practice is a total surrender of the concept of a struggling and surviving “me” who needs approval or control. It reflects an emptying of fears, limitations and freedom from the belief in a separate sense of self that harbors them.
Spirit Presence, alive as the Heart Essence, flowers, or Is, in simple, profound and stable constancy of harmony, beauty and joy.
Realization dawns of being soft, deific Love, the light of celestial consciousness, as Itself, ever knowing Itself.
Wishing You Soft Realization,
